<br />improve La Salle Avenue from the west line of the Bridge over the St. Joseph River
<br />to, the west line of Main Street as follows, to -wit: -
<br />The roadway of said avenue
<br />shall be grad d d paved, and shall be widened to a uniform width of fifty-two
<br />and one half e(52--V feet from the west curb of Michigan Street to the west line of
<br />Main Street, Also the roadway of certain portions of the, streets and alleys which
<br />enter or intersect said avenue shall be graded and paved. The ppavan material
<br />to be used in making said improvement shall be Sheei.Asphalt, Bituli hie, Ashaltic
<br />concrete or Brick, and the foun ation shall be poAland cement concrete six (6)
<br />inches thick, cement curb shall be constructed.aalong both sides where same is necessl
<br />necessary and not already constructed; storm water inlets and conduits ahall be
<br />constructed where necessary and all storm water inlet.w and manhole tops shall be
<br />set to the proper grade, cement marginal curb shall be constructed at all street and
<br />alleys vk#nh where necessary, all as is more particularly shown and all in accord—
<br />ance with the plans, profiles, detail draximgs and specifications on file in the
<br />Office of the Department of Public. Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana..
