<br />Board met in regular session at 8:30 P.M. All Members present,.
<br />' Property owners -residing on Tenth Street in River Park appppeared
<br />before the Board and presented a petition for a water main. on Tenth Street, this matter
<br />was referred -to the Water Department for consideration.
<br />Mayor E. F. Seebirt with Members of the Board of Health met with the
<br />Bard and a general discussion was held in regard to conditions of connecting with
<br />sewers also the collection of Garbage.
<br />Petition filed for sewer on Calvert Street from Miami Street

<br />The following resolutions were adopted by the Board.
<br />STREET OR ALLEY IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1001.
<br />Be It Resolved by -the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
<br />St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, that it is desired and deemed necessary to improve
<br />Madison Street from Eddy Street to the east line of Judie's Addition as Follows, to -wit: -
<br />Said street shall be graded and the roadway thereof shall be paved, and a:
