Tuesday may 9th., 1922. Continued. 'The following release was filed with the Board. South Bend, Indiana May 491922. I hereby release the City of South Bend, Indiana from all damages resulting from accident to my Ford Touring Car caused by runnin into material left in street on E. Jefferson Blvd: at the intersection of St Louis Blvd, at 2:50 A. M. April 14th., 1922 on consideration that the sum of Sixty six (666.000 is paid the Hinkle Motor gar Company for the necessary repairs caused by above accident. All as per agreement with City Attorney. Gentlemen: - The Board of Health has asked me to arrange for joint meeting between that Boarf and your Board at some time convenient to yourselves. I have told them that I think you could give them some time next Wednesday Evening at 7 :30 P.M. o'clock; also they would like to have the Street Commissioner present.
