Pfeifer It is with great pleasure that I send to you Resolution No. 3657-06 which was Second District unanimously adopted by the South Bend Common Council on Monday, November 13, 2006. I am also pleased to attach the "Final Draft With Addendum A" of the City of Roland Kelly South Bend, Indiana Comprehensive Plan, and the multi-page handout which highlights Third District the amendments requested by the City Administration. These amendments have been included in the Final Draft. Ann Puzzello Fourth District Since the version adopted by the Council is different than the version which was David Varner adopted on September 19, 2006 by the Area Plan Commission when it adopted Fifth District Resolution # 171-06, the Council is required to return these documents to you for the Commission's review and action. The amendments requested by the City Ervin Kuspa Administration clarify many items and are believed to improve the entire City Plan. Sixth District On behalf of the South Bend Common Council, we request the Area Plan Commission Al "Buddy Kirsits to act favorably upon the revised version of City Plan. Upon hearing back from you on At Large the Commission's action, City Clerk John Voorde, will then be able to carry out his Timothy A. Rouse duties pursuant to the governing state law of filing the plan with the County Recorder.
