Airport Economic Development Area <br /> (3) continued... <br /> Redevelopment District Amended Tax <br /> Increment Revenue Bonds, Series 2003 <br /> (Airport Economic Development Area), and <br /> regarding certain related matters. <br /> E. West Washington-Chapin Development Area <br /> There was no business in the West Washington- THERE WAS NO BUSINESS IN THE WEST <br /> Chapin Development Area. WASHINGTON-CHAPIN DEVELOPMENT UREA. <br /> F. South Side Development Area <br /> (1) Resolution No. 2953 approving and <br /> authorizing the execution of an <br /> Amendment to the Addendum to the <br /> Master Agency Agreement (Main- <br /> Lafayette Connector Design Project— <br /> Supplement #3). <br /> Mr. Sikora noted that the agency agreement <br /> attached to Resolution No. 2953 adds <br /> funding to cover additional design services <br /> that have been incurred on the Main- <br /> Lafayette Connector project as part of the <br /> removal of the roundabout concept from the <br /> connector plan. The supplement also covers <br /> a variety of site specific design issues related <br /> to property acquisition for the U.S. Post <br /> Office, the Cinemark Movie Theater <br /> Complex, Caroline Partners properties, Carl <br /> Kay property, the Sears Store and drainage <br /> design at the southeast corner of the <br /> intersection of Barbie and Michigan. The <br /> project is well under way, with parcel <br /> appraisals and early stages of right-of-way <br /> acquisition. It is anticipated that we will be <br /> 16 <br />
