<br /> Ms. King and unanimously carried, the PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RELATED TO
<br /> Commission approved proposal for INSTALLATION OF DEDICATION PLAQUE AT THE
<br /> JAMES OLIVER SCULPTURE AT A COST NOT TO
<br /> professional services related to installation of EXCEED$1,500.
<br /> dedication plaque at the James Oliver
<br /> sculpture at a cost not to exceed $1,500.
<br /> (3) Resolution No. 2956 a supplemental bond
<br /> resolution supplementing and amending
<br /> Resolution No. 1965, adopted on March
<br /> 21, 2003, as previously supplemented and
<br /> amended by Resolution No. 2004, adopted
<br /> on September 5, 2003, and by Resolution
<br /> No. 2017, adopted on November 7, 2003,
<br /> all for the purpose of authorizing the
<br /> modification of certain contractual rights,
<br /> the execution and delivery of its City of
<br /> South Bend, Indiana, Redevelopment
<br /> District Amended Tax Increment Revenue
<br /> Bonds, Series 2003 (Airport Economic
<br /> Development Area), and regarding certain
<br /> related matters.

<br /> supplemental bond resolution supplementing PREVIOUSLY SUPPLEMENTED AND AMENDED BY
<br /> and amending Resolution No. 1965, adopted RESOLUTION No.2004,ADOPTED ON
<br /> on March 21, 2003, as previously SEPTEMBER 5,2003,AND BY RESOLUTION NO.
<br /> supplemented and amended by Resolution 2017,ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER 7,2003,ALL FOR
<br /> No. 2004, adopted on September 5, 2003, THE PURPOSE OF AUTHORIZING THE
<br /> MODIFICATION OF CERTAIN CONTRACTUAL
<br /> and by Resolution No. 2017, adopted on RIGHTS,THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF ITS
<br /> November 7, 2003, all for the purpose of CITY OF SOUTH BEND,INDIANA,
<br /> authorizing the modification of certain REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT AMENDED TAX
<br /> contractual rights, the execution and delivery INCREMENT REVENUE BONDS,SERIES 2003
