SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 968.
<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, St. Joseph
<br />County, State of Indiana, That it is deemed necessary to improve Hill Street from
<br />Howard Street to Napoleon Street as follows, to -wit: —
<br />Said Street shall be graded from property line to property line to the,
<br />established t��qrade,.and cement sidewalk and cement curb shall be constructed on both
<br />sides of saint strebrt from Howard Street to Napoleon Street, all as is more parti-
<br />cularly show, and 6.11 in accordance with the plans, profiles, detail drawing sna
<br />specifications 0p,-file-in the Office of the Department of Public Works of the City of
<br />South Bend..Indiana.
