<br />STREET OR ALLEY IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 967.
<br />Be It Resolved by the Board of Public forks of the City of South Bents,
<br />St. Joseph County, State.of Indiana, that it is desired and deemed necessary to improve
<br />Rush Street from Haney Avenue.to Indiana Avenue as follows, to -wit: -
<br />Said street shall be
<br />graded and the roadway thereof shall be paved; also the roadmy of certain portions of the
<br />streets and alleys which enter or intersect said street shall be graded and . g paved The
<br />ppaavingg material to be used in rr king said improvement shall e'5heet As halt, Bitulithie,
<br />Aspbaitle concrete$ brick or portland cement concrete seven �7 inches pthick, and the
<br />foundation shall be portland eemente concrete six (6) inches thick for the sheet asphalt,
<br />bitulithic, asphaltic concrete and brick or rolled ravel six (6) inches thick for the
<br />brick, also cement curb shall be constructed along said street w re same is necessary
<br />and not already constructed; storm water inlets anti conduits shall be constructed where
<br />necessary, all storm water inlets and manhole tops shall.be set to the proper grade;
