<br />Resolved by the Beard of Public Works of the City of South Bend, County
<br />of St. Josoph, State of Indiana, That the construction of a local. sexor... intended
<br />and adapted onlX for local use by the property holders whose property abuts thereon
<br />and not intended or adapted for receiving sewerage from collateral drains, be and tie
<br />same is hereby ordered JnL and along Rush Street from -the First. Ali.ey south of Haney
<br />Avenue to a point 62 feet south of the center of the alley south of Haney Avenue as
<br />fellows, towit:..
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Rush. Street with the
<br />center line of the first alley south of Haney Avenue; thence south along the center
<br />line of Rush Street to a point 62 feet south of the center of the First Ailey South
<br />of Haney Avenue with a ten (10) inch vitrified pipe sewer, togethr with the necessary
<br />manholes storm water inlets, conduits and house connections to the curb line along the
<br />line of said improvement, all as is more particularly shown and all in accordance with
<br />the plans" profiles, detail drawing, and specifications on file in the Office cif the
<br />Department of Publle Werks of the City of South Bend, Indiana..
