<br />Be It Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Beni,
<br />St. Joseph County, State (ff Indiana, that it is desired and deemed necessary to improve
<br />the alley between lots li and 12 in Dunbar's Sub Division of banlk out Lot 31 from the
<br />alley north of Washi gtom Avenue to Colfax Avenue; Also; th a ley lying betweet. lots 23,8 ax
<br />and !, in Keefer s Su -Division of B r�k Out Lot 29 a d' 7 s �8 �-7 and 38 in Cobb s Sub.
<br />Divis� Qn of Bak Out Lots 30 _from Co�tax Avenue to tie a et' north of La Salle Avenue. Also
<br />the alley nort of La Sal a Avenue from the east line of the alley lying between Keefer s,
<br />Sub -Division of Bank Out>Lot 29 and Cobb's Sub -Division of Bank Out Lot 30 to the west
<br />line of Cottage Grove Avenue as follows, to -wit: -

<br />be constructed where necessary; all storm water inlets and manhole tops shall be set to the
<br />proper grade; cement marginal curb shall be constructed as is more particularly shaown
<br />and all in accordance with the plans, profiles, detail draGwin s and speeffications on
<br />file in the Office of the Department of Public Works of the C ty of South Bend, Indiana..
