<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend.,
<br />St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, That it is deemed necessary to improve
<br />Andersm Avenue from E.lwood Avenue to King Street as follows, to -wit:-
<br />Said avenue shall be graded from property line to property line
<br />to the established grade and cement sidelk and cement curb shall be constructed
<br />on both sides of said avenue from Elwood -Avenue to Kin Street• all as is more--
