<br />STREET OR ALLEY IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION
<br />NO 936.
<br />Be It Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South
<br />Bend, St. Joseph County,•State of•indiana, that it is desired and deemed necesary
<br />to impiroVe Fox Street from. Miami Street to Leer Street as follows, to -wit:_
<br />Said street shall be graded. and the'roadway thereof Mall be paved;
<br />also the roadway of certain portions of;the streets and alleys'which enter or intersect
<br />said street shall be grailed and paved. The pavinf material to be used in makingg
<br />said improvement shall be sheet asphalt, bitulithi0, asphaltic concrete or brick
<br />and the foundation shall be portland cement concrete six>(6) inchesathick for the sheet
<br />asp aft, bitulithic.3 asphaltic concrete and brick or rolled gravel six (6) inches
<br />thick forthe brick. -also cement curb shall be constructed alon said street where same
<br />is necessary nd not already constructed; storm water inlets ang conduits shall be con-
<br />structed where necessary; all storm water inlets and manhole tops shall be set to
<br />the proper grade; cement marginal curb shall.be constructed at.all�street and lley
<br />intersections where necessary,.all as is more particularly shown°and all in accordance
<br />with the plans_,_ profiles, detail drawin s and specifications on file in the office of
<br />the Department.of Public Works of the C ty of South Bend, Indiana.

<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of'the City of South Bend,
<br />(bounty of St. Joseph State of In.diadna, That the enstruction of a lodal sdwet, intended
<br />and adapted only for focal use by the property holders whose property abuts thereon,
<br />and not intended or adapted for receiving sewerage from collateral 'drains, 'be 'and the'
<br />same is hereby ordered in and along J&CKSON STREET FROM LINDEN AVENUE TO WASaINGTTUN
<br />AVENUE as follows, to -wit:_
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Linden Avenue
<br />and Jackson Street; thence south along the center line of Jackson Street to a point
<br />83 feet north of the north line of Washington Avenue with a 12 inch vitrified pipe
<br />sewer, together with the ecessary manholes, storm water •inl-ets, conduits andhouse
