760 Board met in regular session at 7:45 P.M. All members present. In regard to the deferred hearing on Widening of Indiana Avenue and Webster Street under Condemnation Resolution No. 39, the same was deferred until Tuesdp September 21st. 1915. at 7:45 P.N, In regard to deferred hearing on V€cation Resolution No. 23 for the vacation of 4 ft. of alley at rear of 1,0t 35 Original Plat of South Bend. The same was deferred until'Tuesday September 21st. 1915 at 7:45 P.M. Communication received and read and placed on file from the Postal Telegraph —Cable Company- in regard to poles in City, on Michigan Avenue. Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for PipPsewer on k/Jaquith Court from Prairie Avenue to Alley east of Chapin Street, under ,Improvement Resolution No. 394. In the City of South Bend, Indlana.- Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be publihed on th the 19th. day of September,1915. and oi the 25th. day of September,1915. in the South Bend Daily Tribune, stating tha- this Board will give a hearing on the aamount of such assessments at its of ice in the City Hall on the 5th. day of October,1915 at 7:45 P.M. Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolu- tion shall be published on the 18th. day of September,1915 andon the 25th. day of September,1915.in the South Bend Daily Tribune, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office in the City Hall on the 5th. day of October,1915. at 7:45 P.M. The avvaarding of the contract for grading and paving Bartlett Street from E. line of St. Joseph Street to Riverside Drive was deferred until Tuesday September 14th. ,1915. at 10: 00 A.M. Partial estimate allowed H L. Davis on Grade, curb walk and grave* ilig of dill Street for the amount of .......4628.05
