Michige.n Southern Railway Co., right of wpy; thence northwesterly on said right of way line seventy two and seven tenths (72.7) feet; thence south to the place of beginning. Owned by 'Indiana Lumber and Manufacturing Co. Also Begin at a point on the southerly .line of the Lake Shore and Michigan Southern Railway. Co. right of way one hundred fotty (140) feet -east and twenty five and one half (25.1/2) feet north of the north west corner of lot 30 Denniston and Fellows Addition; thence northwesterly along the southerly line of said right of vaay seventy two and seven tenths,(72.7) feet; thence north easterly o a point on the northerly line of said right of way twelve and one half (12-1/2) feet east of the west line of Carroll Street measured along the northerly line of said right.of way; thence southwasterly along the northerly linf of said right of way seventy two and seven tenths (72.7) feet; thence southwesterly to the place of beginning. This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 28th. day of September 1915 at 7:45 P.M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings.
