Such taxes shall be deposited in the <br />Parking Facility Principal and Interest Account and such taxes and <br />any other funds in the Parking Facility Principal and Interest <br />Account shall be irrevocably pledged for the purposes set forth in <br />this Resolution. <br />Section 4.
