a. Expose smallest practical area of cleared <br />land during construction. <br />b. Temporary ditches, dikes, vegetation <br />and /mulching shall be used to protect <br />critical areas exposed during development <br />or construction. <br />c. Sediment basins (debris basins, desifting <br />basins and sift traps) shall be installed and <br />maintained to remove sediment from runoff <br />waters during development. <br />d. The permanent landscaping shall be <br />installed as soon as practicable after <br />construction activities. <br />e. Imported fill subject to erosion shall be <br />covered with temporary mulching on all <br />construction projects over six months <br />duration. <br />2. It is the responsibility of the Applicant to <br />protect the area designated as <br />Conservation Easement from all <br />construction processes. This protection <br />should include without limitation, enclosing <br />the area and the area's drip line with a <br />temporary fence and construction of a <br />temporary ditch to prevent runoff from <br />reaching the Conservation area. <br />3. All utilities are underground, and the <br />Applicant is responsible for knowing their <br />whereabouts and protecting them during <br />construction. <br />4. All construction storage and equipment <br />yards shall be fenced in a manner <br />approved by the Committee and shall be <br />located on the site in a manner to minimize <br />their impact on adjacent properties and <br />public streets. <br />5. Construction sites shall be maintained in a <br />neat and orderly manner. All trash shall be <br />kept in enclosed containers and emptied <br />frequently. <br />6. Construction access shall be coordinated <br />with and approved by the Committee. <br />Special care shall be taken to protect <br />existing pavements from damage. <br />7. At the end of the construction period, by <br />phase, the Applicant shall submit to the <br />Committee reproducible copies of record <br />drawings (as- builts) showing the actual <br />17 Blackthron Corporate Center - Development Guidelines <br />MrA <br />
