All setback areas shall be planted and <br />landscaped in accordance with the Landscape <br />Guidelines. <br />FENCING <br />The purpose of the Fencing Guidelines is to provide <br />for security; for screening of unsightly areas; and <br />2. Objects such as water towers, storage <br />tanks, processing equipment, cooling <br />towers, communication towers, vents, and <br />other structures or equipment shall be <br />compatible with the building architecture or <br />screened from view of adjacent properties, <br />parking areas, public streets, common <br />areas, and bikepaths by using fences <br />and/or walls and shall be approved, in <br />writing, by the Committee before <br />construction or erection of said structures <br />or equipment. Screen fences or walls shall be of a height <br />at least equal to that of the equipment to <br />be screened. <br />4.
