3. In addition to the jobs that will be created or retained as a result of the <br />construction of the Projects, the Applicant estimates that approximately 3-5 <br />permanent jobs will be created. The estimated annual payroll at the proposed <br />facility, including benefits, is $100,000 per year. <br />4.
