Many have been out to bid, <br /> and we now have contracts behind those <br /> bids. <br /> Mr. Inks noted that the public hearing file is <br /> complete, containing (1) a copy of <br /> Resolution No. 2935 determining to make the <br /> appropriation and setting the public hearing <br /> on Resolution No. 2936; (2) a copy of the <br /> Notice of Hearing; (3)a copy of Resolution <br /> No. 2936, the subject of the public hearing; <br /> (4) an affidavit from Jacki Krolczyk, <br /> Advertising Director of the South Bend <br /> Tribune, that the Notice of Hearing was <br /> published in that newspaper on September 2, <br /> 2011; and (5) an affidavit from Richard <br /> Andrysiak, Classified Manager of the Tri- <br /> County News, that the Notice of Hearing was <br /> published in that newspaper on September 2, <br /> 2011. <br /> Ms. Jones opened the public hearing for PUBLIC HEARING ON RESOLUTION No.2936 <br /> anyone who wished to speak for or against <br /> Resolution No. 2936. There was no one who <br /> wished to speak. Ms. Jones closed the public <br /> hearing for whatever action the Commission <br /> wished to take. <br /> (2) Consideration of Resolution No. 2936. <br /> Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION No.2936 <br /> Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the APPROPRIATING TAX INCREMENT FINANCING <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 2936 REVENUES FROM ALLOCATION AREA NO. I <br /> FUND FOR THE PAYMENT OF CERTAIN <br /> appropriating tax increment financing OBLIGATIONS AND EXPENSES RELATED TO THE <br /> revenues from Allocation Area No. 1 Fund AIRPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA <br /> for the payment of certain obligations and ALLOCATION AREA No. 1. <br /> 6 <br />
