O O <br />of Redevelopment shall be, and hereby is, accepted, subject to the <br />adoption of a resolution by the Board of Public Works of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, substantially identical in its terms and conditions <br />as this resolution. <br />2. That upon receipt of fully executed quitclaim deed(s) to the <br />Real Property from the City, the Director of Redevelopment is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cause the recording of said quitclaim deed(s) <br />in the Office of the St. Joseph County Recorder. <br />3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its <br />adoption. <br />ADOPTED at a meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission held <br />on March 17, 1995, at 1308 County -City Building, 227 West Jefferson <br />Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana 46601. <br />ATTEST• <br />Robert W.
