Resolution No. 1332 A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION ACCEPTING THE TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY FROM THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Indiana, Indiana (the "City ") is the owner of the certain real property situated in St. Joseph County, Indiana and being more particularly described as follows (hereinafter referred to as the "Real Property ") Lot Numbered Thirty -two (32) as shown on the recorded Plat of John F. Kirby's Addition to the City of South Bend, recorded June 21, 1869 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in Plat Book 2, page 56; Key No. 18- 7008 -0330; Commonly known as 415 Keasey Street; and WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment (Redevelopment), acting by and through the South Bend Redevelopment Commission ( "Commission "), hereby expresses its desire to acquire Real Property from the City; and WHEREAS, the County is desirous of transferring the Real Property to Redevelopment; and WHEREAS, pursuant to I.C. 36- 9 -6 -3, the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana (the "Board ") has custody of and may maintain all real property of St. Joseph County; and WHEREAS, pursuant to I.C. 36- 1 -11 -8, the City, acting by and through the Board, may exchange or transfer property with another governmental entity upon terms and conditions agreed upon by the two (2) entities as evidenced by the adoption of substantially identical resolutions of each entity. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the transfer of the Real Property situated in St. Joseph County, Indiana, and more particularly described as follows: Lot Numbered Thirty -two (32) as shown on the recorded Plat of John F. Kirby's Addition to the City of South Bend, recorded June 21, 1869 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in Plat Book 2, page 56; Key No. 18- 7008 -0330; Commonly known as 415 Keasey Street;
