J upon by the two (2) entities as evidenced by the adoption of substantially identical resolutions of each entity; and WHEREAS, the Redevelopment, acting through the Commission, and pursuant to I.C. 36- 7- 14- 12.2(a)(3), may exchange or transfer property with another governmental entity upon terms and conditions agreed upon by the two (2) entities as evidenced by the adoption of substantially identical resolutions of each entity; and WHEREAS, the Commission desires to transfer the Real Property to the City of South Bend, agrees to assume the responsibility of causing the removal of the structures from the indicated Parcels of the Real Property, and the City of South Bend, acting by and through the Board, has agreed to accept the transfer of the Real Property from the Commission under this condition and for the payment of a nominal consideration. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the transfer of the following described real property situated in St. Joseph County, Indiana by the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, acting by and through the South Bend Redevelopment Commission to the City of South Bend, Indiana: Parcel I: Lot Numbered One Hundred Sixty -four (164) as shown on the recorded Plat of Wengers & Kreighbaum Replat of a part of M.L. Wenger's Sixth Addition to the City of South Bend, excepting a tract of land forty (40) feet in width, North and South, taken off of and from the entire South end of said Lot 164. Key No. 18-7014-0525. Parcel II: Lot Numbered One Hundred Sixty -three (163) as shown on the recorded Plat of Wengers & Kreighbaum Replat of a part of M.L. Wenger's Sixth Addition recorded April 1, 1903 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in Plat Book 8, page 103. Key No. 18- 7014 -0526. Commonly known as 506 Pennsylvania, South Bend, Indiana Parcel III: Lot Numbered One Hundred Sixty -two (162) as shown on the recorded Plat of Wengers & Kreighbaum Replat of a part of M.L.
