C RESOLUTION NO. 1343 1�*_] A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMIISSION APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the use and benefit of its Department of Redevelopment owns or is negotiating for the purchase of the following- described real property situated in St. Joseph County, Indiana: Parcel I: Lot Numbered One Hundred Sixty -four (164) as shown on the recorded Plat of Wengers & Kreighbaum Replat of a part of M.L. Wenger's Sixth Addition to the City of South Bend, excepting a tract of land forty (40) feet in width, North and South, taken off of and from the entire South end of said Lot 164. Key No. 18-7014-0525. Parcel II: Lot Numbered One Hundred Sixty -three (163) as shown on the recorded Plat of Wengers & Kreighbaum Replat of a part of M.L.
