MAJOR CAPITAL PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />FOR YEARS 2005 - 2008 <br />square foot expansion would provide a highly attractive gathering space for conventions, while <br />providing additional revenue to the City of South Bend. The expansion would generate revenue by <br />expanding current conventions, adding addlitional trade shows and public shows, and increase <br />banquet and meeting business.
