At this time <br />the total costs associated with the list of all major expenditures exceed the projected resources <br />that are currently available to meet them. Over the course of 2005 and beyond, the prioritization <br />of needs will be analyzed, the source of additional revenue will be identified and pursued, and <br />our capital plan will be updated accordingly. <br />D-4 <br />
