PARCEL 51: Being a lot or parcel of land 28 -3/4 feet in width East and West, taken off of and from the entire length of the East side of Lot Numbered Eight (8) as shown on the recorded Plat of Keasey's Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, together with the West Half (1/2) of the vacated alley lying East of and adjoining said lot; also together with the South Half (1/2) of vacated Keasey Street lying North of and adjacent to said lot.
