ORDER NO: 00119583 EXHIBIT A - LEGAL DESCRIPTION PARCEL 44: Lot Numbered Ten (10) as shown on the recorded Plat of Keasey's Addition recorded August 23, 1870 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in Plat Book 2, page 69, together with the East Half (1/2) of the vacated alley lying West of and adjacent to said lot; also together with the North Half (1/2) of vacated Keasey Street South of and adjacent to said lot. PARCEL 45: Lot Numbered Seven (7) as shown on the recorded Plat of Keasey's Addition, recorded August 23, 1870 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County; Indiana, in Plat Book 2, page 69, together with the West Half (1/2) of the vacated alley lying East of and adjoining said lot; also together with the North Half (1/2) of vacated Keasey Street lying South of and adjoining said lot.
