Field Verify the Existing_ Physical Conditions and Dimensions of the site; Work shall include the field <br />verification, inspections, and photo documentation of the site and building's physical conditions, <br />layout, roofing, plumbing, hvac, and electrical systems. <br />c. Prepare Projected Cost Estimates; Work shall include the preparation of an Estimate of the projected <br />costs to repair, and /or replace the existing roofing, plumbing, hvac, and electrical systems. The <br />purpose of the estimates will be for City budgeting of the projected costs to determine if the building <br />is suitable for specific remodeling needs of Prairie Salvage. <br />d. Field Measure and Document the Existing Site and Building; Work shall include the preparation of <br />scaled drawings of the site plan, floor plans (first floor and basement) and exterior building <br />elevations. <br />Report of Field Verification; Work shall include a report of findings, including the projected cost <br />estimates, and existing site plan, floor plans, and exterior building elevations. <br />BASIS OF COMPENSATION <br />The Owner shall compensate ADG as follows for Services, as described in ADG Scope of Services: <br />Not -to- exceed sum equal to seven thousand two hundred dollars ($7,200). <br />Services not specifically identified in the ADG SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be considered Additional <br />Services and shall only be performed with authorization from the Owner. The fee for these services shall <br />be computed on an hourly rate as follows: <br />Principal Architect <br />Principal Engineer <br />Project Architect <br />Engineer <br />CADD Technician <br />Clerical <br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br />$135 /Hour <br />$135 /Hour <br />$115/1-lour <br />$115 /Hour <br />$ 90 /Hour <br />$ 45 /Hour <br />Shall include expenses incurred by ADG and our consultants in the interest of the Project including <br />printed copies, plotted reproductions, postage and express courier. All ADG Service Provider <br />expenses shall be invoiced at the rate of 1.10 multiplied times the direct expense incurred, otherwise <br />the direct ADG expense will be invoiced. <br />Special consultant(s) providing services to investigate existing conditions beyond a visual inspection, <br />such as core testing, selective demolition, etc. <br />We trust that these general terms meet your approval. If this proposal is acceptable to you, please sign and <br />date the two copies and return one copy to our office. Once we have your approval, we will execute an <br />American Institute of Architects Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect, AIA Doc. <br />B151.
