(ADG) will provide design <br />and consulting services to the City of South Bend (Owner) for the Relocation of Prairie Salvage & <br />Surplus Sales to 735 Lincoln Way East, South Bend. <br />PROJECT UNDERSTANDING <br />The Project Site has .43 acres and is located at 735 Lincoln Way East, South Bend. The site is zoned GB- <br />General Business District. A one -story industrial building exists and has approximately 13,383 sf, <br />including 3,800 sf of basement. <br />The City of South Bend wishes to investigate the physical condition of the existing site and building for <br />the purpose of the determining the suitability for relocating Prairie Salvage & Surplus Sales from their <br />present location on Prairie Avenue. <br />The Project Budget shall be determined as part of ADG's scope of service. <br />ADG SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />1. ADG shall be responsible for the following services: <br />PRE - DESIGN PHASE <br />a. Meet with designated City of South Bend and Prairie Salvage representatives; Review the specific <br />objectives, schedule and budget limitations to ascertain the requirements of the Relocation Project <br />and the suitability of the existing building at 735 Lincoln Way East.. <br />922 E.
