Century Center South Entry Improvements <br />Proposal <br />Page 2 <br />design approach will be approved; The approved cost estimate will determine the Construction <br />Budget for the Project. <br />BASIS OF COMPENSATION <br />The Owner shall compensate ADG as follows for Services, as described in ADG Scope of Services: <br />Lump sum total equal to seven thousand dollars ($7,000). <br />Services not specifically identified in the ADG SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be considered Additional <br />Services and shall only be performed with authorization from the Owner. The fee for these services shall <br />be computed on an hourly rate as follows: <br />Principal Architect <br />Principal Engineer <br />Project Architect <br />Engineer <br />CADD Technician <br />Clerical <br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br />$135/Hour <br />$135 /Hour <br />$115/Hour <br />$115 /Hour <br />$ 90 /Hour <br />$ 45 /Hour <br />1. Shall include expenses incurred by ADG and our consultants in the interest of the Project including <br />printed copies, plotted reproductions, postage and express courier. All ADG Service Provider <br />expenses shall be invoiced at the rate of 1.10 multiplied times the direct expense incurred, otherwise <br />the direct ADG expense will be invoiced. <br />2. Special consultant(s) providing services to investigate existing conditions beyond a visual inspection, <br />such as core testing, selective demolition, etc. <br />We trust that these general terms meet your approval. If this proposal is acceptable to you, please sign and <br />date the two copies and return one copy to our office. Once we have your approval, we will execute an <br />American Institute of Architects Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect, AIA Doc. <br />B151.
