1. That the transfer of the Real Property situated in St. <br />Joseph County, Indiana, and generally described as follows: <br />Lot Numbered One Hundred Fifty -seven (157) as <br />shown on the recorded Plat of Wengers & <br />Kriebghbaum Replat of a part of M.L. Wenger's <br />Sixth Addition to the City of South Bend, <br />recorded April 1, 1903 in the Office of the <br />Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in <br />Plat Book 8, page 103, excepting therefrom a <br />lot or parcel of land two feet (2 ft.) in <br />width East and West taken off of and from the <br />entire length of the West side thereof <br />for $1.00 and upon the terms set forth hereinabove, by the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, Department of Redevelopment to the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, for subsequent transfer to the Revelation <br />Church of God in Christ, shall be, and hereby is, accepted. <br />2. That the Clerk of the Board of Public Works shall cause <br />the recording of the quitclaim deed conveying the Real Property to <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana upon the receipt of the same. <br />3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect <br />upon its adoption by the Board of Public Works of the City of South <br />Bend. <br />ADOPTED at a meeting of the Board of Public Works of the City <br />of South Bend held on August 5, 1996, at 1308 County -City Building, <br />227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana 46601. <br />A T: <br />Angela .
