for $1.00 and under the conditions set forth hereinabove, by the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, Department of Redevelopment to the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, for subsequent transfer to the <br />Housing Development Corporation of St. Joseph County, Inc., shall <br />be, and hereby is, approved. <br />2. That the President and Secretary of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission shall be, and hereby are, authorized, <br />respectively, to execute and attest to the execution of a <br />quitclaim deed conveying all of the right, title and interest of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect <br />upon its adoption by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission. <br />ADOPTED at a meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission held at 1300 County -City Building, 227 W.
