Tlge contract is to pay for a billboard, as part <br />of the Portage Avenue Steering Committee, to promote the Portage Avenue businesses. <br />1~Ir. Littrell advised that he was a member of the Portage Avenl~e Steering Co ittee and <br />questioned whether he was able to vote on the approval of the contract. T~/Is. Clreene, <br />Board Attor~~ey, stated that since no pecuniary gains were to be made, 10~r. Littrell was <br />legally qualified to vote on and sign the contract. Therefore, upon a motion made by I~r. <br />~nlcs, seconded by 1~1Ir.
