Dr. Kelly made a motion to refer the bids to staff for review with the option of coming <br />back the Board at this meeting or at a special meeting with their recommendation. Mr. <br />Mullins seconded the motion and it was passed. <br />5. Qpening of Splash Pad Quotes- Mike Dyszkiewicz <br />Mr. Dyszkiewicz presented three sealed quotes to the Board. They were RecSource, St. <br />Clair Corporation, and Snyder & Associates, in association with Casteel Corporation. <br />Mr. Dyszkiewicz reported that St. Clair Corp. didn't meet the specifications of the quote. <br />They didn't quote on stainless steel piping as specified. The quote was rejected as <br />unresponsive. <br />The quotes were opened and read aloud: <br />--3-- <br />
