That the President and Secretary of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />shall be, and hereby are, authorized, respectively, to execute and attest to the execution of a <br />quitclaim deed conveying all of the right, title and interest in the Real Property to the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana. <br />3.
