NEW BUSINESS <br /> (A) Airport Economic DevelopmentArea <br /> (2) continued... <br /> Mr. Gibney added that it's a very inclusive <br /> process and the mayor has been a very active <br /> participant in making decisions about <br /> product, message, design, color and all kinds <br /> of things. The mayor is very much included <br /> in all of this and is always asked for final <br /> approval. <br /> Mr. Downes asked whether Mr. Strickler <br /> could provide more statistics and <br /> benchmarking during the next phase. Mr. <br /> Stickler responded there is a team meeting on <br /> March 17, 2011, where one of the items on <br /> the agenda is to figure out how to <br /> incorporate, especially into South Bend's <br /> own website, a more interactive for receiving <br /> information codifying it on an ongoing basis. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED THE CONSULTING <br /> Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the AGREEMENT WITH BLUE WATERS GROUP <br /> Commission approved the Consulting (PHASE IV,IGNITION PARK) <br /> Agreement with Blue Waters Group (Phase <br /> IV, Ignition Park) <br /> (3) Resolution No. 2854 accepting the transfer <br /> of real property from the City of South <br /> Bend. (Twenty-one properties in the <br /> Ignition Park south expansion area) <br /> Mr. Relos noted that on February 28, 2011, <br /> the Board of Public Works authorized the <br /> transfer of 21 properties in the Ignition Park <br /> south expansion area from Board of Public <br /> Works ownership to the Redevelopment <br /> Commission. The follow-up action by the <br /> Commission is to accept the properties. <br /> 20 <br />
