in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, and generally described as follows: Southeast Neighborhood Park, First Replat,i_wi65A (Tax Key No. t8• °7,oa --817 ) (hereinafter referred to as the "Real Property "), and; to the Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana, for the use and benefit of its Board of Park Conunissioners of the Park District of the City of South Bend for use by the Board of Park Commissioners in order for the Real Property to be utilized as a public park shall be, and hereby is, approved. 2. The President and Secretary of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission shall be, and hereby are, authorized, respectively, to execute and attest to the execution of a quitclaim deed conveying all of the right, title and interest in the Real Property to the Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana, for the use and benefit of its Board of Park Commissioners of the Park District of the City of South Bend 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its adoption by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission.
