thence north along the said east right - of -way line to the intersection with the center line of the first 14 -foot, vacated, alley lying north of vacated Monroe Street; thence east along the said center line to a point on the said center line that is 93.00 feet west of the east right -of -way line of Williams Street; thence south parallel with the west right -of -way line of Williams Street, 114.00 feet; thence east 93.00 feet to a point on the east right -of -way line of Williams Street, said point being 8.00 feet south of the southwest corner of Lot 6, Block 8, of said Vail's Southwest Addition and the beginning of the vacated Williams Street to the south;
