They accept the <br />price, but have set some restrictions on how <br />they would like the sale proceeds to be <br />distributed. Staff recommends accepting the <br />counter offer, as presented by the Industrial <br />Revolving Fund. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted the counter offer from <br />the Industrial Revolving Fund for property <br />located at 1217 Walnut Street. <br />(2) Staff report on property to be acquired by <br />the Redevelopment Commission (1217 S. <br />Walnut) <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that this item relates to <br />asking staff and legal counsel to draft a form <br />of petition for tax relief as well as directing <br />legal counsel to file the petition once the <br />property acquisition for 1217 Walnut St. is <br />completed. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission directed staff and legal counsel <br />to draft a form of petition for tax relieve for <br />property located at 1217 Walnut St. and to <br />file that petition when the Commission <br />received title to the property. <br />E. Airport Economic Development Area <br />There was no business in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE COUNTER OFFER <br />FROM THE INDUSTRIAL REVOLVING FUND FOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 121 ~ WALNUT STREET. <br />COMMISSION DIRECTED STAFF AND LEGAL <br />COUNSEL TO DRAFT A FORM OF PETITION FOR <br />TAX RELIEVE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 121 ~ <br />WALNUT ST.
