If the developer goes in <br />and tears them down, you could lose current <br />revenue you already have, which could <br />impact the payment on the outstanding <br />bonds. So, there's a big distinction of what <br />an allocation extension does. All things <br />considered, what we're doing due to the <br />agreement we've negotiated before is to be <br />able to capture that, to make our bond <br />payments, to do the improvements, and to <br />help things like other expansions that will <br />come to play in the future. That's what this <br />resolution does, and that's all that this <br />resolution does. <br />Mr. King noted that there has been a lot of <br />discussion, a lot of clarifications and rebuttal. <br />It's now time for the Commission to decide <br />what it wants to do. <br />Mr. Blake: I like what you're saying, Shawn, <br />about the TIF. That kind of ties in with what <br />John Phair was saying. So, I think John <br />might want to use one of those parliamentary <br />procedures to yield back the balance of the <br />remainder of his TIF. I've got a couple of <br />commentary things.
