South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Rescheduled Regular Meeting -August 25, 2006 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />Mr. Inks asked to move Item 6.C.(6) to the top of New <br />Business so that the bids received could be evaluated <br />during the meeting and awarded later in the meeting. <br />There was no objection and Item 6.C.(6) was so moved. <br />C. South Bend Central Development Area <br />(6) Opening of Bids for roof repair in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />(LaSalle Hotel) <br />Mr. Inks opened three bids which arrived by <br />the 10:00 a.m. deadline. <br />Ms. Greene noted that all bids were <br />submitted on the proper form and were <br />properly executed. <br />Lawmasters, Inc. Alt #1 $2,960 <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission referred the bids to staff for a <br />recommendation. <br />A. <br />Public Hearing <br />(1) Public Hearing on Resolution No. 2254 <br />expanding the boundaries of the Airport <br />Economic Development Area, expanding <br />the allocation area for purposes of tax <br />increment financing and amending the <br />Airport Economic Development Area <br />Development Plan. <br />COMMISSION REFERRED THE BIDS TO STAFF FOR <br />A RECOMMENDATION. <br />4 <br />
