Mr. Goodrich made a motion to refer the quotes to staff for recommendation to award at <br /> the August meeting. Dr. Kelly seconded the motion and it was passed. <br /> 2. Request to Solicit Quotes for Potawatomi Park Improvements-Michael Bultinck, Chris <br /> Nanni <br /> Mr. Bultinck and Mr.Nanni of the Community Foundation came to request quotes for <br /> additional improvements to Potawatomi Park. They described that the project would include <br /> exercise stations along the walkway. <br /> Dr. Kelly made a motion to approve the request with the intent to open quotes at the August <br /> 15, 2011 meeting. Mr. Mullins seconded the motion and it was passed. <br /> III.
