South Bend Central Development Area <br />(} continued... <br />Advance Question lb) In your proposal, you <br />state "In our site plan, for East Gateway, we <br />have included pieces that are placed on <br />parcels currently owned by the <br />Redevelopment Commission. Holladay <br />Properties would like to enter into an Option <br />to Purchase agreement, at five (5) dollars per <br />square foot, with the Redevelopment <br />Commission." Is "five (5) dollars per square <br />foot" (i} the amount you are willing to pay <br />for an option to purchase the parcels, or (ii) <br />the amount you are willing to pay to actually <br />purchase the parcels if you exercise the <br />option at a later time? <br />Answer: Five (5) dollars is the amount that <br />we are willing to pay to actually purchase the <br />parcels if we exercise the options at a later <br />time. <br />2. Proposed Site purchase -all 0.83 acres <br />Advance Question 2a) You state "In our site <br />plan... we have included pieces that are <br />placed on parcels currently owned by the <br />Redevelopment Commission." For the <br />avoidance of doubt, we would like to know <br />by Property Key Number the parcels you are <br />referring to. Please refer to the diagram titled <br />"Redevelopment Commission Owned <br />Properties" in the Request For Proposals and <br />tell us specifically the key number of each <br />parcel you are referring to. <br />14 <br />
