No action can be taken to <br />accept anon-conforming bid until thirty days <br />after receipt of bids. Staff and <br />Commissioners have begun evaluating the <br />proposals and have invited both developers <br />to attend a public meeting to answer <br />questions about their proposals. The <br />questions were given to the developers ahead <br />of time so they would be prepared with their <br />responses. The Ralph Jones Drive <br />Partnership is present today to answer <br />questions. The Eco-Urban Collaborative was <br />expected at this meeting, but is not present. <br />They will need to be rescheduled at a later <br />meeting. <br />Mr. Peterson noted that the information <br />presented today in no way amends or <br />supplements the bids. It simply clarifies <br />issues raised with respect to the bids. <br />1. Purchase.. Price offered by Applicant <br />Advance Question 1 a) In the "Application <br />To Commission" you submitted on <br />January 20, the purchase price stated is <br />$30,000. Please confirm that $30,000 is the <br />correct purchase price you are offering for <br />the Rink Site. <br />Answer: Holladay Properties is $300,000 for <br />the Rink S ite. We submitted a performance <br />guaranty of 10% ($30,000) to the City, and <br />simply made a mistake on the RFP response. <br />13 <br />
