South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting -February 3, 2006 <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mr. Inks noted that, in addition to all that has been <br />mentioned that is happening in the WWCDA, he <br />drives by Basic Machine every morning and has for <br />years. It has never looked better. <br />Ms. Laurent reported that staff is working closely with <br />Mark Tarner on the conveyance of the Osco site. He <br />has been given a draft contract to review. Staff is <br />optimistic that it can have a Contract for Sale of Land <br />on the next Commission agenda. <br />8. NEXT COMMISSION MEETING <br />The next meeting of the Redevelopment Commission <br />is scheduled for Friday, February 17, 2006 at <br />10:00 a.m. <br />9. ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the <br />Redevelopment Commission, Mr. King made a <br />motion that the meeting be adjourned. Mr. Hojnacki <br />seconded the motion and the meeting was adjourned at <br />10:45 a.m. <br />Donald E.
