That's just an example of the <br />encouraging activity that seems to be <br />happening in that neighborhood. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded <br />by Mr. King and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Agreement with <br />South Bend Heritage Foundation, Inc. <br />related to the West Washington-Chapin <br />Development Area. <br />G.
