Redevelopment to the City of South Bend, shall be and hereby, is approved, confirmed and <br />ratified. <br />2. The actions taken by Jon R. Hunt in his capacity as the Executive Director of the <br />Department of Community and Economic Development, including the execution of a Quit <br />Claim Deed conveying all of the right, title and interest of the Commission in and to the <br />Property to the City of South Bend shall be and hereby are approved, confirmed and ratified. <br />3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its adoption by the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. <br />ADOPTED at a meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission held on December <br />1, 2000, at 1308 County -City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana 46601. <br />SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />Robert W.
