West Washington-Chapin Development Area <br /> (2) continued... <br /> Staff requests approval of this Professional <br /> Services Agreement with Wightman Petrie, <br /> in a not-to-exceed amount of$2,300,. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED THE PROPOSAL FOR <br /> Ms. King and unanimously carried, the PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FROM WIGHTMAN <br /> Commission approved the proposal for PETRIE IN THE NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT OF <br /> professional services from Wightman Petrie $2,300 THE NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT OF <br /> in the not-to-exceed amount of$2,300. <br /> G. South Side Development Area <br /> (1) Resolution No. 2921 determining that the <br /> tax increment for Erskine Village to be <br /> collected in the year 2012 may be allocated <br /> to the respective taxing units and other <br /> related matters. <br /> Mr. Inks noted that at the last meeting the <br /> Commission took action related to all the <br /> other existing TIF areas and noted that there <br /> was no excess assessed value in them, but we <br /> reserved Erskine Village for action at this <br /> meeting after completing our review. We've <br /> done that and the recommendation is to <br /> release the full increment of assessed value <br /> for one year for taxes to be paid in 2012. <br /> These taxes would be released to the other <br /> taxing jurisdictions which would collect them <br /> if the TIF were not in place. <br /> This TIF was originally established to <br /> facilitate the demolition and reuse of the <br /> former Scottsdale Mall site. All of the <br /> improvements planned for this TIF area have <br /> been completed. The only remaining <br /> 28 <br />
