Bendix <br /> Drive in the amount of$225,000. <br /> F. West Washington-Chapin Development Area <br /> (1) Resolution No. 2915 approving and <br /> authorizing the execution of an Addendum <br /> to the Master Agency Agreement (Taylor <br /> Washington Demolitions). <br /> Mr. Relos noted that this Addendum covers <br /> two structures at the northwest corner of <br /> Taylor and West Washington. The two <br /> properties were acquired on June 29, 2011, <br /> and are being demolished in preparation for <br /> making this site acceptable for an historic <br /> house move or new in-fill housing. <br /> It is estimated that the total cost of this <br /> project will be $75,000, which includes <br /> asbestos abatement prior to demolition, and <br /> demolition and property clearance. <br /> Staff requests your approval of this Agency <br /> Agreement in a not-to-exceed amount of <br /> $75,000. <br /> 26 <br />
