People <br /> should understand that it is a phase-in of new <br /> taxes. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION No.2913 <br /> Ms. King and unanimously carried, the APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR REAL <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 2913 PROPERTY TAX DEDUCTION FOR PROPERTY <br /> LOCATED AT 4411 QUALITY DRIVE IN THE <br /> approving an application for real property tax AIRPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA <br /> deduction for property located at 4411 (GVW REALTY). <br /> Quality Drive in the Airport Economic <br /> Development Area (GVW Realty). <br /> B. South Bend Central Development Area <br /> (1) Agreement for Sale of Land - Jefferson & <br /> Niles (Troeger site) with River Race <br /> Townhomes LLC. <br /> Mr. Relos noted that on June 14, 2011, the <br /> Commission was presented with preliminary <br /> development plans from David Matthews <br /> with River Race Townhomes, LLC, for the <br /> Troeger site at the northeast corner of <br /> Jefferson and Niles. Included in these <br /> preliminary plans are ten townhomes with <br /> river views, and two potential commercial <br /> sites (one at both the north and south end). <br /> The Commission accepted these preliminary <br /> plans, and authorized staff to proceed with <br /> the Contract for Sale of Land and final site <br /> plans and design specs for the development. <br /> 19 <br />
